GO, GIRL, GO

Ages 5-7, 8-10 or 11-13

Program held approximately 2 days/week for 1 hr/day

Groups will meet at their schools, with a leader chosen from each school.

Curriculum consists of 12 chapters with 2 sessions/chapter

Groups will discuss for example:

  • Body Image
  • Self Esteem
  • Nutrition
  • Fitness
  • Friends
  • Family
  • Peer Pressure
  • Bullying

All groups will gather at The YMCA for a fun run in May followed by a celebration lunch.
