Annual / Strong Kids Campaign. What Your Money Means.

The Strong Kids campaign (formally known as Partners with Youth) needs generous support from our YMCA members, businesses, and individuals in our community. It is important to reach those in our community who need help. We can enrich their lives and develop strong leaders for our future by reaching out and giving them a place to work out, learn new skills, grow personally, gain social skills and friendships and have fun. The YMCA instills values, character and leadership skills through all of our programs and activities. The Y programs meet the needs of the community by helping young people to be effective, responsible, honest and caring youth. All funds contributed to our Strong Kids Campaign are raised by volunteers who go to the community and ask for donations. The money raised in our campaign helps us meet the continuing demand for our services. Assistance is given for reduced memberships and programs. It is our strong belief that everyone deserves a chance to participate at the Y. The YMCA assists youth and families by supporting their ability to work and play together through program activities. that are geared to physical, mental, social and spiritual development.
