Focus will be on 5 to 7 key self-defense moves. We will use repetition to solidify how to use these tools.
Participants don’t have to be athletes to learn how to defend themselves. This class is designed to adapt to every age and ability and will provide each student with the opportunity to learn skills to help develop self-protection strategies through awareness, assertiveness, safety, and physical techniques.
