Main Pool Schedule Below

Masks are still required at all times except when in the pool.  Our biggest concern is the locker rooms.  Members must keep 6 feet of distancing.  Keep showers short, just rinse off.  Keep mask on while changing.  Please be respectful, responsible and kind.  We want to keep everyone safe while serving as many people as possible.

Main Pool (Lanes 3,4,5,6)

Reservations are required.  You may have one reservation at a time on the way out from your swim you may schedule your next appointment.  At this time 2 people per lane is allowed.  The main pool is reserved on the hour.  Lap swimming only.  No stationary exercises or walking.  The CDC has determined that 2 lap swimmers can pass each other safely, but there CANNOT be a walker/Stationary exerciser and a lap swimmer in the same lane.  Lap swimmers must avoid stopping at each end of the pool if the other person is also stopped (maintain 6 feet of distance, including entering and exiting).  Do not stop at the wall to talk to other people or to the lifeguards.

Reservations are required.  You may have one reservation at a time on the way out from your swim you may schedule your next appointment.  At this time 3 people per lane is allowed.  The main pool is reserved on the hour.  There can be 3 people in each lane, walking or doing stationary exercises.  People must stay 6 feet away from each other, including entering and exiting.  No lap swimming in lanes 1 and 2.  There CANNOT be a walker/stationary exerciser and a lap swimmer in the same lane.

Activity Pool Schedule Below

No reservations are required.  At this time only 20 people are allowed in the pool. Members must stay a t least 6 feet away from others at all times, including entering and exiting.  Only family members who live in the same household or caregivers can be closer than 6 feet.

 Family Swim in Activity Pool-Reservations are required.               

We can allow four family groups (by reservation) must have a current YMCA Family Membership.  No family group of more than 5 people, there is a maximum of 25.  Each family group must have a parent in the water.  No guests, friends, etc.  Each family group must stay at least 6 feet away from other family groups, including entering and exiting.  Lifeguard can turn river off if families are not keeping distance.

Water Exercise Small Group – No Reservations required

Starting March 1, 2021 there will be the following classes:

Joyful Joints – Monday & Wednesday 2:30-3:30pm in the Activity Pool.

This water-based program is tailor made for people with arthritis, fibromyalgia, or limited range of motion.  The class works on good body mechanics and increasing mobility from head to toe.

Fit N Flex – Tuesday & Thursday 9:00-9:55am in the Main Pool.

This beginning water cardio workout uses a variety of equipment to increase endurance, strength, balance, and stability for performing daily tasks.

Wave Makers – Tuesday & Thursday 10:00-11:00am in the Main Pool. 

This moderately paced water cardio workout integrates a variety of cardiovascular movements, strength training, and flexibility exercises for agility, coordination, balance, and fun.
