Pound is a 1 hour workout that lets you drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music.  Burn between 400 and 900 calories per hour, through easy to follow (and not complex or embarrassing) cardio moves with light resistance, strength training and simulated drumming.  This combo works the entire body and raises the heart rate to a fat burning zone!  One of the fastest growing fitness classes in the World!  A mix between group fitness, drumming and dance!
