Forty-five minutes of training technique, alternating quick bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods, is the focus of this class.  You can make it as hard as you want by adding dumbbells or not.  This type of training gets and keeps the heart rate up and burns more calories and fat in less time, while increasing your metabolism to keep you burning fat even after you’ve left the gym.
