CORE DE FORCE workouts are broken into 3-minute “rounds”—just like a real boxing match. For 3 minutes, you’ll use Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai combinations with Bodyweight moves. Add a fat-blasting cardio spike in every round to blast fat off your core.
For this class it doesn’t matter how hard you kick, whether you can throw a perfect punch, or how fit you are. As long as you want to change your body…as long as there’s fight in you…you got this!
