MAIN POOL SCHEDULE

SWIM SUITS AND SHOWERS ARE REQUIRED
All swimmers must wear appropriate swim wear.
No cotton T-shirts or shorts allowed. Swim diapers are required for those who need them, no
regular disposable diapers. Please remove shoes before walking on decks.

DIAPER POLICY
Regular disposal diapers for infants, youth or adults are not allowed in the swimming pools. Only swim diapers are allowed.

The absorbent material in regular diapers swells too much and can cause the diaper to come apart. This is a problem in the pool and in the locker rooms.

We have all sizes of swim diapers available at the front counter for purchase for $1 or $2, depending on size. Please bring your own
diapers or purchase on from us.

WATER FITNESS: LOW, MEDIUM OR HIGH INTENSITY
Exercise in these organized classes of low, medium and high intensity. The water adds resistance
and cushions impact to knees, hips and backs. Participants need to wait until 5 minutes before
program start to enter pool. Children 11 and older may participate when accompanied by an adult.
This program is for people with arthritis or limited mobility or range of motion. The class emphasizes
good body mechanics.
8am 9am 10am Mon-Fri. in Main Pool
2:30 Mon/Wed/Fri in Activity Pool.

REHAB SWIM / ADULT OPEN SWIM – ACTIVITY POOL
An open time for adults.

Monday – Thursday 8:00am-9:15am

Monday-Thursday 10:45am-12:30pm
Friday 11 – 12.

MULTI-USE OPEN SWIM – ACTIVITY POOL
Adult exercise, therapy, and lessons.
Monday – Thursday 9:15 am -10:45 pm

Friday 9:00am-11:00am
